What is a design/build construction?
Design-build is a project delivery system wherein you work with one entity under one contract. The designer and contractor work together as a team from the beginning. This unifies the workflow from initial design concept through project completion making it smoother and less stressful for the client.
Are you a hands on builder?
Rich Nuti is a hands on builder. He works with clients directly from the design phase through delivery. Clients have direct access to Rich and his team throughout this process. Unlike a typical contractor who only stops by periodically to check on the project, Rich and his team will be available in person to answer questions and maintain the relationship.
Where do I start?
Give us a call and let us know what you would like us to build for you. Bring us your ideas in any form, even if it is not even written down and still in your head. We will work with you on the design work using our 3D software. This saves you money versus working first with an architect and then selecting a builder.
